Shipping and pickup
This policy explains how Dude Fish Printing handles order processing, shipping, delivery estimates, and local pickup for ready-made and custom items.
Processing time depends on what you order. Ready-made items may ship or be prepared for pickup more quickly than custom or made-to-order items.
If an item requires printing, assembly, personalization, or design review, processing will take longer than an in-stock order.
Shipping is available only when enabled during checkout. Delivery timing depends on processing time, carrier performance, destination, and weather or holiday conditions outside our control.
Shipping charges, if any, are shown during checkout before you place the order.
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before submitting an order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incomplete or incorrect address information supplied at checkout.
When local pickup is offered, available pickup windows are shown during checkout. Orders should be picked up during the selected or confirmed window unless we agree on another arrangement.
If you need to reschedule pickup, contact us as soon as possible through the contact page.
If a shipped order arrives damaged or appears to be missing, contact us promptly with your order number and, when possible, photos of the package and item so we can review the issue.
